Grabby Mouse

Progressive aching and stiff wrist from extended computer usage expose two main design flaws in current mouse technology: a lack of resting place for right most fingers and the painful abrasion between one's wrist and the table surface from day-to-day use.

The inspiration for the new design aims to solve current problems by creating a more comfortable form. The new design builds around human hand movements and changes the mouse into a natural extension of one's hand. Specifically, the new design will change the rotation of the mouse for a better fit under the hand and better gripe with more ergonomic movements. In addition to the fundamental change in the form, an extended rest for wrist is integrated into the new design which will greatly reduce overall fatigue.
